Doc Swinson’s Electric Cowboy
This bright and refreshing cocktail (developed by our friend Dennis Schafer of Jack’s Bar in Bellingham) has been a hit up and down the west coast.
A curious whiskey-based alternative to standard summer cocktails, the Electric Cowboy is well on its way to becoming a new classic.
Cocktail Recipe:
2 oz Doc Swinson’s Session Bourbon
1/2 oz Aperol or Amante 1530
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Build in a Highball glass full of ice.
Top with Squirt or Grapefruit Jarritos (about 4 oz).
Garnish with lime wheel.
Serve with a knowing smile.
