doc swinson’s Electric Cowboy

Developed by our friend Dennis Schafer of Jack’s Bar in Bellingham, Washington.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Doc Swinson’s Session Bourbon

  • 4 oz Jarritos Grapefruit Soda

  • .5 oz Lime Juice

  • .5 oz Aperol (or Campari)

Build in a Collins glass with ice

Top with Grapefruit Soda (Jarritos or Squirt)

Garnish with lime wheel

Serve with a knowing smile
