Bourbon Whiskey Releases:
Fruit Odyssey:
Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Ruby Port Casks
Ruby Port is a very fresh, bright and juicy fruit forward fortified wine so delicious it's hard to set down.
The combination of bourbon and ruby port reminded our master blender of the story of the lotus eaters in Homer's the Odyssey, a delicacy so difficult to put down, taking you out of your daily life into a new realm.
Forest & Fable:
Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Garryana Oak Casks
Garryana Oak is one of the rarest woods in the spirits world, only grown in the Pacific NorthWest, it's a bit elusive and very much a fable, being that these barrels are from here we thought it appropriate to tie in some local folklore, hence the sasquatch and other fabled creatures/aliens.

Summer Retreat:
Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in White Port Casks
White port's bright and citrus flavors (similar to a vinho verde) elicit the sensation of a summer retreat, casting away society and enjoying the present.
What's more Iconic than the ol' van to indicate a fun and life changing summer retreat.
Golden Hour:
Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in Rum and Port Casks
It's the sensation of the golden hour in a glass. Rich layers unfold one right after another just like the sunset changes.
Makes one stop and marvel over the wonders of the world and what's unfolding in the glass.
The image is simple: relaxing, taking in the golden hour with a friend.
Tres Amigos:
Straight Rye Whiskey finished in Rum and Anejo Tequila Casks
The Three Spirits that make up the heart of North American Distillation, whiskey, rum and tequila. These unlikely friends are really perfect for each other, representing collaboration between some serious differences, creating a whole more exciting and well balanced than the individual parts.
Represented by three hares ``Tres Amigos " “three friends".
Tres Amigos is a exploratory cask we have released in the past. This latest batch of Tres Amigos is aged longer & has a brand new beautiful label so it’s a whole new experience!

When deciding to work towards a more artful and playful label that was more flexible and environmentally friendly, our master blender Jesse wanted to create a label with some more imagery to help differentiate and tell a story relating to the product name and whiskey in the bottle.
He was looking for a few artists to help him out with this then realized our team here at Doc Swinson's have a lot of other talents! Marz, our bottling line manager is also a very talented artist who creates the fantastic images on our new Exploratory Releases.
